I enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the infinity pool with views of the Beagle Channel. Breakfast was fantastic, featuring fresh homemade lemonade and a variety of delicious options. I loved that the hotel arranged a trip for me to Martillo Island, and the concierge gave great local tips. However, the bus schedule to the city could be improved as it wasn't always convenient for a quick trip into town. Also, a vegan meal was forgotten during a boat cruise, though the restaurant made up for it later. Despite its distance from downtown, I found transport options like Uber handy. Every moment was delightful, thanks to the attentive staff who truly made this stay special. Huge shoutout to the team for their exceptional service!

los cauquenes resort + spa + experiences is a gem! the views of the beagle canal and the mountains are breathtaking. the spa is fantastic, offering outdoor jacuzzis and a pool that flows inside and out. the staff was attentive, especially during our boat tour to see sea lions and penguins. we had such a close encounter!
