The views from the hotel are stunning and the
service was impeccable, ensuring a fantastic experience overall. However, the Wi-Fi could use some improvement. The spa felt luxurious, and the restaurant offered delicious food, though more vegetarian options would be appreciated.

Can't recommend highly enough for a brief visit
Comfortable rooms, stunning communal areas, with attentive staff who provided excellent service during our stay, including a fabulous buffet breakfast featuring made-to-order fried eggs and a scenic shuttle bus service to explore the nearby attractions.
No complaints whatsoever.

What an incredible experience at Los Cauquenes! The staff made me feel instantly welcome. The hot chocolate upon arrival was a sweet touch. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. I enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the infinity pool with views of the Beagle Channel. Breakfast was fantastic, featuring fresh homemade lemonade and a variety of delicious options. I loved that the hotel arranged a trip for me to Martillo Island, and the concierge gave great local tips. However, the bus schedule to the city could be improved as it wasn't always convenient for a quick trip into town. Also, a vegan meal was forgotten during a boat cruise, though the restaurant made up for it later. Despite its distance from downtown, I found transport options like Uber handy. Every moment was delightful, thanks to the attentive staff who truly made this stay special. Huge shoutout to the team for their exceptional service!

I had an amazing time trying out the outdoor jacuzzi and the relaxing sauna, which were perfect after a day of exploring. The views from my room were breathtaking, making it a fantastic place to unwind. The only downside was that the shower was a bit tricky to adjust, but overall, it was a lovely stay! 😊

The views of the Beagle Channel were absolutely stunning during our stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, especially being there with two little ones. We loved exploring nearby attractions like the local islands and enjoyed the spacious room that accommodated our family comfortably. However, we did face some challenges with the dining service, which was slow and the food was not up to our expectations.

Exceptional views and a welcoming staff
I had a fantastic experience during my three-night stay, enjoying stunning views and a truly warm and attentive staff. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast spreads and local wine selection. I took an unforgettable boat trip to see sea lions and penguins, guided by our enthusiastic host who shared fascinating history about the area. While the spa facilities were nice, they could benefit from some updates to enhance the overall experience.

The warmth of the staff was exceptional, greeting me with hot chocolate upon arrival, and providing help with excursions. I indulged in the local cuisine, particularly enjoying the freshly caught fish during dinner. While the access road showed some wear and tear, I found transportation to the city to be affordable and simple. The spa facilities were a lovely escape after long hikes, although I wished for better access to the town's attractions due to its distance.

I enjoyed the spa with outdoor jacuzzis that lead into the pool. It was a unique experience to relax while taking in the surrounding nature. The attentive staff made everything easy, helping me feel at home and welcome.
The transportation options to the town were limited, making it challenging to get food without a taxi. Some aspects of the room could use updates as well.
